Return Parcel Service Terms
IZI1 Return Parcel Service Terms & Conditions
Dated: [May 27, 2026]
These IZI1 RETURN PARCEL SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS (these “Return Parcel Terms”) govern any return-shipping, return-enablement, reverse-logistics, label-generation, package-handling, retailer return coordination, or related services made available by IZI1 LLC (“IZI1”) or its Partners through the Platform. These Return Parcel Terms supplement the IZI1 Master Platform Service Terms & Conditions (the “Master Terms”) and any applicable Global Parcel or other service-specific terms, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. The Return Parcel Service is a logistics and coordination service only. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, IZI1 is not the Original Retailer, is not responsible for the Original Retailer’s return policy or refund decision, and does not guarantee that any return will be accepted, processed, or refunded by the Original Retailer.
- Scope; Eligibility. The Return Parcel Service may allow eligible Users in select countries to initiate, prepare, consolidate, document, tender, and track return shipments of eligible goods to an Original Retailer, merchant-designated returns processor, manufacturer, refurbisher, or other approved return destination. The Service may include return instructions, label creation, local drop-off coordination, pickup coordination, export documentation assistance, customs-related support, linehaul transportation, and package-handling activities, subject to destination availability, retailer requirements, carrier restrictions, legal compliance, and operational feasibility. IZI1 may determine eligibility, available lanes, supported merchants, and service features in its discretion.
- Retailer Authorization; Return Eligibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether the goods are eligible for return under the applicable Original Retailer’s or merchant’s policies and for obtaining any required return authorization number, return merchandise authorization (“RMA”), QR code, return label approval, or other retailer-required approval before using the Return Parcel Service, unless IZI1 expressly offers and successfully completes retailer-coordination for you in its sole discretion. The existence of a return label, pickup option, or shipment route on the Platform does not mean that the Original Retailer has approved the return or that the goods qualify for a refund, exchange, store credit, warranty remedy, or other benefit.
- User Responsibilities for Returned Goods. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the goods tendered for return are the correct goods, are lawfully exportable and returnable, are in the condition required by the Original Retailer or other return destination, and include all accessories, tags, packaging, inserts, serial numbers, and other components required by the applicable return policy. You are also responsible for initiating the return within any retailer deadlines, preserving proof of purchase, and complying with any repackaging, hygiene, product-condition, or warranty requirements imposed by the Original Retailer or destination-country law. IZI1 does not verify substantive return eligibility unless expressly stated as a paid service.
- Return Labels; Instructions; User Data. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete return-related information, including retailer details, recipient information, RMA details, item descriptions, values, order identifiers, package dimensions, package weight, and any return instructions required by the applicable merchant or carrier. Unless IZI1 expressly states otherwise for a particular return workflow, you are responsible for obtaining and uploading any retailer-issued domestic return label, QR code, merchant approval, or other merchant return credentials required for the return. IZI1 and its Partners may rely entirely on the information you provide when generating labels, preparing documents, routing shipments, or coordinating return services. If a retailer or merchant provides return instructions, labels, or account numbers, you are responsible for ensuring they are valid, current, timely, and appropriate for the intended return. IZI1 is not responsible for any invalid, expired, incorrect, duplicate, merchant-rejected, or late-return label or return instruction provided by you or a third party.
- Customs; Export and Import Requirements for Returns. Cross-border return shipments may require export declarations, customs invoices, value declarations, tariff classifications, country-of-origin data, reason-for-export notations, repair-or-return coding, or other documentation. You are solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, and legality of all such information and for any duties, taxes, brokerage charges, penalties, storage charges, or compliance obligations arising from the return shipment. IZI1 and its Partners may assist operationally with documentation or data formatting, but they do not guarantee duty-free treatment, tax recovery, customs clearance, or the availability of any special customs procedure for returned goods.
- Return Package Handling; Inspection Limitations. In providing the Return Parcel Service, IZI1 and its Partners may receive, scan, photograph, sort, weigh, measure, repackage, relabel, consolidate, divide, stage, store, and tender returned goods and may open the outer shipping container to the extent reasonably necessary to confirm shipment readiness, remove prohibited materials, verify visible package contents against submitted return information, or comply with carrier, customs, safety, or fraud-prevention requirements. Any such handling is operational only and does not constitute a detailed condition inspection, authentication, defect analysis, merchant-policy review, or confirmation that the return will be accepted by the Original Retailer.
- Fees; Charge Allocation. You agree to pay all return-service fees, pickup fees, handling fees, label fees, packaging fees, carrier charges, customs-related charges, export fees, storage fees, remote-area surcharges, address-correction fees, return-to-sender fees, merchant-rejection fees, re-delivery fees, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and any other amounts arising from your use of the Return Parcel Service. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or in a separate written arrangement, you bear all costs of the return shipment and related reverse-logistics activities, even if the Original Retailer later issues you a refund, denies the return, or separately reimburses shipping. Charges may be adjusted after checkout for dimensional-weight changes, carrier re-rates, customs assessments, destination changes, or inaccurate shipment information.
- No Guarantee of Acceptance or Refund. IZI1 and its Partners do not control and are not responsible for the return policies, inspection standards, refund timing, exchange policies, warranty rules, restocking fees, dispute practices, or other decisions of any Original Retailer, manufacturer, refurbisher, payment processor, or third-party return destination. IZI1 does not guarantee that a returned item will be accepted, that any refund or credit will be issued, that a replacement will be sent, that duties or taxes will be recovered, or that the recipient will process the return within any particular timeframe. Any dispute regarding whether goods were returnable, defective, complete, authentic, timely, or acceptable remains solely between you and the applicable merchant or other destination recipient.
- No Guarantee of Timely Arrival; Re-rates; Carrier Selection. IZI1 and its Partners do not guarantee that any return shipment will arrive before a retailer deadline, warranty deadline, event date, or other cutoff, even if estimated transit times are displayed or a particular service level is selected. It is your responsibility to initiate the return in sufficient time and to confirm merchant timing requirements. If the actual package dimensions, weight, declared contents, or routing needs differ from what was submitted at checkout, IZI1 may issue a revised invoice, charge an additional amount, or require payment of a re-rate before tendering or completing the return shipment. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed, IZI1 may select the carrier, service level, routing, or operational method for a return shipment if reasonably necessary to provide the Service.
- Title and Risk of Loss for Return Shipments. You retain all right, title, interest, and risk of loss in the returned goods at all times, except only to the limited extent non-waivable law imposes a standard of care on a bailee or warehouse operator for goods in its actual possession. IZI1 and its Partners are not responsible for merchant refusal, customs seizure, return-to-sender events, recipient non-acceptance, warehouse delays at the destination, or post-delivery disputes regarding item condition or completeness. After a return shipment is tendered to the applicable carrier or otherwise released from IZI1’s or a Partner’s possession, risk allocation is governed by the Master Terms, these Return Parcel Terms, the applicable carrier terms, and any purchased package-protection terms, if applicable.
- Claims; Notice; Supporting Evidence. Without limiting the Master Terms, any claim relating to a return shipment, including claims for loss, shortage, visible damage, concealed damage, wrong routing, or failure to follow return instructions, must be supported by timely written notice, photographs, proof of value, proof of retailer authorization where applicable, retained packaging where applicable, and any other information reasonably requested by IZI1, the carrier, or the applicable Partner. You must preserve packaging and contents if a damage claim is asserted and must cooperate with any investigation. Failure to provide timely notice or required supporting evidence may bar or reduce the claim to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Prohibited Returns; Failed or Rejected Returns. You may not use the Return Parcel Service for prohibited, restricted, unsafe, illegal, counterfeit, embargoed, hazardous, perishable, or otherwise ineligible goods, or for goods the Original Retailer or other return destination has expressly refused to accept. If a return shipment is rejected, refused, undeliverable, non-compliant, or otherwise fails, IZI1 and its Partners may, to the extent operationally feasible, contact you for further instructions, return the goods to you at your expense, redirect the goods, place them into storage at your expense, or dispose of them in accordance with the Master Terms and applicable law. IZI1 is not obligated to rescue, reroute, or store failed returns beyond what is commercially reasonable under the circumstances.
- Unclaimed Returned Goods; Disposal. If returned goods are refused, returned again, held by a carrier, customs authority, warehouse, or retailer, or otherwise come back into the possession or control of IZI1 or a Partner and you fail to provide timely instructions or fail to pay applicable charges, the goods may be treated as abandoned property and handled under the Master Terms and any applicable warehouse or carrier rules. Storage, return, redelivery, and disposal costs may continue to accrue until final disposition. Even if a failed return or undeliverable return results in part from an operational error, IZI1 may, after commercially reasonable efforts and any notice required by law, eventually treat the goods as abandoned if you do not timely participate in the resolution process or do not pay required charges, so that IZI1 is not required to hold the goods indefinitely.
- Optional Package Protection for Return Shipments. If optional package protection is expressly offered and purchased for an eligible return shipment, any covered-event rights will be governed exclusively by the applicable IZI1 Package Protection Terms & Conditions. Unless package protection is expressly offered and purchased for the return shipment, the existence of package protection on the original outbound shipment does not automatically apply to the return shipment. Package protection does not guarantee merchant acceptance of the return or issuance of any refund.
- Incorporation; Order of Precedence. These Return Parcel Terms are part of the contractual framework governing the Services and are incorporated into the Master Terms. The Master Terms, including all provisions regarding payment, claims procedures, indemnity, dispute resolution, arbitration, class-action waiver, jury waiver, liability limitations, exclusions of damages, assignment, governing law, and changes to terms, apply to the Return Parcel Service as if fully set forth herein. In the event of a conflict between these Return Parcel Terms and the Master Terms, these Return Parcel Terms will control solely with respect to the Return Parcel Service. No statement by any retailer, carrier, customer-service representative, or other third party will alter or expand IZI1’s obligations unless expressly approved in writing by IZI1.
