Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy Terms
IZI1 Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy Terms & Conditions
Dated: [June 3, 2026]
These IZI1 RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATION POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONS (the "Policy Terms") govern cancellations, returns, refunds, credits, reimbursements, and related post-purchase remedies for Services made available by IZI1 LLC ("IZI1") or its Partners through the Platform. These Policy Terms supplement the IZI1 Master Platform Service Terms & Conditions (the "Master Terms") and apply across IZI1's service-specific terms unless expressly stated otherwise.
These Policy Terms provide the baseline rules for cancellations, returns, refunds, credits, and related remedies for IZI1 Platform services. They do not replace separate returns, refunds, or cancellation terms that apply to goods or services purchased directly from Original Retailers or merchants, including Shopping Assistant, LLC.
-
Scope; Relationship to Other Terms. These Policy Terms apply to cancellation requests, non-returnability of completed Services, refund eligibility, credits, reimbursements, account adjustments, refund methods, and related remedies arising from IZI1 Services and IZI1-facilitated transactions to the extent IZI1 or its Partners are authorized to grant or deny the requested remedy.
-
Conflicts With Other Terms. If these Policy Terms conflict with an IZI1 service-specific terms document, the more specific document controls for that subject matter, and these Policy Terms continue to govern the general process and procedure. For clarity, these Policy Terms do not make IZI1 the obligor for any Partner or independent merchant transaction, including transactions through the Platform or administered by IZI1 customer service.
-
Cancellations.
a. Generally. Cancellation requests are subject to timing, operational feasibility, carrier and Partner rules, fraud and compliance review, payment status, and any requirements in the applicable service-specific terms. IZI1 does not guarantee that a submitted cancellation can be stopped, reversed, or accepted once processing has begun. Any request submitted after the relevant activity has begun or been operationally committed may be rejected.
b. Effect of Cancellation. Even if a cancellation is approved by IZI1 or the applicable Partner, you may remain responsible for fees, charges, taxes, duties, costs, and other amounts already incurred, committed, or accrued, or otherwise made non-refundable by a third party, except as required by law.
-
Returns.
a. No Returns on Services. Services already performed, completed, consumed, initiated, operationally committed, digitally delivered, or otherwise made available for use are non-returnable except as required by law or expressly stated in the applicable service-specific terms.
b. Returns of Goods; Third-Party Sales. These Policy Terms apply only to Services offered by IZI1 or its Partners through the Platform and do not apply to separate transactions or goods purchased from an Original Retailer or other independent merchant under that party's own terms. IZI1 does not determine, guarantee, or administer return eligibility for those goods. Any return, exchange, refusal, rejection, or refund for such goods is governed by the applicable merchant's or retailer's terms, including, where applicable, the separate Shopping Assistant, LLC - Resale & e-Shop Service Terms & Conditions.
-
Refunds.
a. Refunds Generally. IZI1 may, in its discretion or as required by law or applicable terms, provide a refund, reimbursement, account adjustment, coupon, service credit, offset, or other remedy in eligible circumstances.
b. Refund Eligibility. Refund-eligible circumstances may include approved cancellation of a Service through no fault of the User, duplicate charges, overcharges, confirmed service failures, approved claims for damage, loss, or delay attributable to IZI1 or its Partners, legally required consumer remedies, or other circumstances expressly recognized in the applicable terms.
c. Non-Refundable Services. Certain Services, including paid access to system functionality, may be non-refundable or non-cancelable as stated in the applicable Terms & Conditions or at checkout. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, the following are generally non-refundable once incurred or provided: completed service fees, accrued storage fees, carrier charges already assessed, customs, duties, taxes, governmental charges, non-refundable third-party fees, package-handling fees once handling begins, return-shipping charges once return movement begins, package-protection fees once protection attaches or the shipment enters the protected flow, membership charges already billed for the current billing period, and any promotional, courtesy, or goodwill value unless IZI1 expressly converts it to cash in writing.
d. Refund Method. Any refund, reimbursement, reversal, or other payment may be issued to the original payment method, through the original collection channel, by local payout method, by account credit, by offset against outstanding balances, or by another commercially reasonable method permitted by law and operationally available, in IZI1's discretion.
e. Refund Timing. Any refund period stated in the applicable terms may be tolled during any chargeback, fraud, compliance, carrier, retailer, or claim investigation, payment-network issue, or other unresolved matter affecting the transaction.
f. Refund Offsets. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IZI1 and its Partners may deduct unpaid balances, return-related charges, storage charges, collection costs, non-refundable third-party costs, or other properly owed amounts before issuing any net refund.
-
No Banking or Stored-Value Relationship. Any refund, reimbursement, coupon, service credit, account adjustment, or promotional value issued by IZI1 or its Partners does not create a deposit account, payment account, remittance relationship, money transmission relationship, stored-value account, trust account, or other regulated financial relationship unless required by law and affirmatively established in a separate written instrument.
-
Disputes.
a. Claims. Any request for a refund, reimbursement, cancellation-based remedy, or other relief (a "Claim") must be submitted through the Platform or IZI1's designated support channels no later than [30 days] after the underlying transaction or invoice date, unless a different deadline applies under the applicable terms or law.
b. Claim Submission. Claims must include a written explanation and enough transaction detail for a commercially reasonable review, including the applicable invoices and any supporting materials reasonably requested by IZI1 or the applicable Partner, such as screenshots, photographs, proof of payment, proof of value, retained packaging, merchant communications, or carrier records.
c. Barred Claims. Failure to meet applicable notice deadlines or reasonable evidentiary requirements may bar or reduce a Claim to the maximum extent permitted by law.
-
Fraud; Abuse; and Chargebacks. IZI1 and its Partners may deny, withhold, reverse, reclaim, or set off any refund, reimbursement, credit, or cancellation-based remedy if they reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, duplicate recovery, collusion, chargeback misuse, inaccuracy, prohibited conduct, sanctions concerns, or other conduct inconsistent with these Policy Terms or applicable law.
-
Reservation of Rights. Nothing in these Policy Terms limits any right of IZI1 or its Partners to suspend services, hold shipments, contest a chargeback, recover amounts paid in error, or enforce any other remedy available under the Master Terms or applicable service-specific terms.
-
Incorporation; Separate Merchant Terms. These Policy Terms are incorporated into the Master Terms as a standalone IZI1 policy document and are intended to operate alongside applicable service terms. Provisions in those service terms addressing payments, claims procedures, limitations of liability, exclusions of damages, dispute resolution, and related matters continue to control for those Services, subject to these Policy Terms.
