IZI1 Membership Terms & Conditions

The following IZI1 MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS (these “Membership Terms”) govern any subscription, membership, loyalty, or premium-access program made available by IZI1 LLC (“IZI1”) or its Partners through the Platform. These Membership Terms supplement the IZI1 Master Platform Service Terms & Conditions (the “Master Terms”) and any applicable service-specific terms, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. Membership is an optional service that may provide enhanced access to certain Platform features, package-handling benefits, pricing privileges, storage allowances, or other benefits as described on the Platform at the time of enrollment, subject always to change as permitted under these Membership Terms and applicable law.

• Membership Program; Eligibility. IZI1 may offer one or more membership plans, tiers, bundles, or promotional enrollment programs to eligible Users in select countries or account categories. Eligibility may depend on geography, account history, transaction volume, payment status, risk profile, regulatory requirements, and other criteria determined by IZI1 in its discretion to the maximum extent permitted by law. Membership is offered solely for the benefit of the approved Account holder and does not create any vested right to continued availability of any plan, feature, or pricing.

• Plans; Benefits; Availability. Membership benefits may include, depending on the plan selected and as described on the Platform, discounted shipping rates, waived or reduced handling fees, extended storage periods, increased free-storage allowances, additional package photographs, enhanced consolidation privileges, preferred customer support, access to special offers, or other promotional or operational features. Benefits may vary by country, carrier, destination, account type, package characteristics, and operational availability. No specific benefit is guaranteed unless expressly stated at the time of use, and some Services or transactions may remain ineligible for membership benefits notwithstanding your membership status.
• Membership Fees; Billing Cycle; Auto-Renewal. If you enroll in a paid membership plan, you agree to pay the membership fee and any applicable taxes, surcharges, or other charges stated at enrollment and on each renewal date. Unless expressly stated otherwise at enrollment or required by law, paid memberships automatically renew for successive billing periods of the same duration as the initial term, and you authorize IZI1 or its designated payment processor to charge the then-current membership fees and applicable taxes to your selected payment method at the beginning of each renewal period without additional notice, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Payment Authorization; Failed Charges. By enrolling in a paid membership, you authorize IZI1 and its third-party payment processors to store your payment credentials and to charge all membership fees, renewal charges, taxes, adjustments, and other amounts due under your membership plan using the payment method associated with your Account. If any charge is declined, reversed, disputed, or not successfully collected, IZI1 may retry the charge, suspend or downgrade membership benefits, place holds on Services or package releases, or terminate your membership, in each case to the maximum extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for all unpaid amounts and any resulting collection costs as permitted under the Master Terms.
• Taxes; Price Changes; Plan Modifications. Membership fees are exclusive of taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, value-added, goods and services, or similar taxes associated with your membership to the extent imposed by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IZI1 may change membership pricing, plan names, billing intervals, eligibility criteria, included benefits, usage thresholds, or other commercial terms from time to time. Unless a different effective date is stated, such changes will apply beginning with your next renewal period after the change becomes effective, or earlier where permitted by law and operationally disclosed through the Platform or other electronic communication.
• Trials; Promotional Enrollments; Introductory Offers. IZI1 may offer trial memberships, discounted introductory periods, promotional pricing, invitation-only enrollment, referral-based memberships, or complimentary memberships in its discretion. Such offers may be limited by time, geography, user history, payment method, transaction activity, or other criteria and may be modified, withdrawn, or made unavailable at any time to the extent permitted by law. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional or trial enrollments may convert automatically to a paid membership at the end of the promotional period, and the standard renewal fee in effect at that time will apply unless you cancel before the conversion or renewal date.
• Benefit Changes; Operational Limits. Membership benefits may be subject to fair-use limits, transaction caps, package-count limits, storage-day limits, geographic restrictions, carrier exclusions, blackout periods, peak-season limitations, and other operational restrictions determined by IZI1 or its Partners. IZI1 may substitute, limit, suspend, modify, or discontinue any specific membership benefit at any time, including due to legal, carrier, supply, fraud, abuse, capacity, or commercial considerations, provided that the membership program continues to offer commercially reasonable value overall to the maximum extent required by applicable law. No unused benefit, storage allowance, shipment privilege, or promotional entitlement carries over unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Included Credits; Promotional Value; Expiration. If a membership plan includes complimentary credits, promotional usage allotments, AI-tool credits, or other included value, such value is a limited promotional or subscription entitlement only, has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be sold, assigned, exchanged, or redeemed for money except where required by law. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable plan description, any included recurring credit benefit will be granted on the same basis for monthly and annual plans during each applicable billing cycle or benefit period designated by IZI1. Included credits may expire at the end of the applicable billing cycle or benefit period unless IZI1 expressly states otherwise, and unused credits do not roll over except where expressly stated at the time of offer. Promotional or courtesy credits may be subject to shorter periods, additional restrictions, or separate terms.
• Misuse; Abuse; Commercial Restrictions. Membership benefits may be used only for lawful transactions and only in accordance with the plan rules, fair-use limits, and these Membership Terms. IZI1 may suspend, limit, revoke, or claw back membership benefits, promotional value, discounted rates, or other privileges if it reasonably suspects misuse, abuse, arbitrage, resale abuse, bulk-commercial exploitation beyond the intended plan scope, account-sharing, automated abuse, fraud, chargeback risk, sanctions risk, or other activity inconsistent with the intended operation of the membership program. IZI1 may also re-rate transactions or charge standard non-member fees where benefits were improperly applied.
• Cancellation by You. You may cancel your membership at any time through the account settings or other cancellation method then made available by IZI1. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in the applicable plan terms, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and your membership will not renew for a subsequent term. Cancellation of membership does not cancel any underlying shipment, package-handling activity, storage charges, package-protection purchase, return service, or other paid Service, each of which remains subject to its own applicable terms and charges.
• Suspension; Termination; Downgrade by IZI1. IZI1 may suspend, terminate, refuse to renew, or downgrade any membership plan or User’s membership status at any time to the maximum extent permitted by law, including for nonpayment, chargebacks, fraud concerns, misuse, abuse, sanctions or compliance concerns, prolonged inactivity, operational changes, or discontinuation of a membership program. Where required by law, IZI1 will provide any required notice or refund. If a membership is suspended or terminated for cause, IZI1 may immediately revoke access to membership benefits and charge the standard non-member rates for Services used thereafter.
• Effect of Cancellation or Termination. Upon cancellation, downgrade, non-renewal, or termination of membership, your right to receive future membership benefits will end as of the effective date of cancellation or termination, except to the extent a specific benefit was already validly applied to an eligible transaction before that time. Storage allowances, waived fees, discounted rates, free-service quotas, and other benefits cease prospectively and do not create any right to continued preferential treatment for future Services. Any package, shipment, or transaction still in process after membership ends may be subject to standard non-member pricing, storage limits, and operational rules unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of the original transaction.
• No Refunds; No Proration. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, membership fees are non-refundable and non-proratable once charged, including if you do not fully use the membership, cancel before the end of the billing period, are unable to use certain features in a particular country or lane, or if your Account is suspended or terminated for cause. If applicable law requires a refund, credit, or prorated amount under specific circumstances, IZI1 may satisfy that obligation using the method and timing permitted under the Master Terms and applicable law.
• Non-Transferability; No Resale. Membership is personal to the approved Account holder or, if applicable, the specific enrolled business entity and may not be assigned, shared, sublicensed, resold, pooled, or transferred without IZI1’s prior written consent. Membership benefits may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law and may not be used by unauthorized third parties, related accounts, forwarding networks, buying groups, or intermediaries in a manner inconsistent with the plan’s intended scope.
• Interaction with Other Services. Membership affects only those Services, benefits, and pricing components expressly designated by IZI1 as membership-eligible. Membership does not itself create package protection, guarantee return eligibility, waive customs duties or taxes, override carrier rules, or expand IZI1’s liability under any other agreement. If multiple discounts, promotions, credits, or membership benefits could apply to the same transaction, IZI1 may determine the order of application and may limit stacking to the maximum extent permitted by law or the applicable promotional rules.
• Incorporation; Order of Precedence. These Membership Terms are part of the contractual framework governing the Services and are incorporated into the Master Terms. The Master Terms, including all provisions regarding payment, claims procedures, dispute resolution, arbitration, class-action waiver, jury waiver, liability limitations, exclusions of damages, assignment, governing law, and changes to terms, apply to membership as if fully set forth herein. In the event of a conflict between these Membership Terms and the Master Terms, these Membership Terms will control solely with respect to membership-related matters. No statement by any customer-service representative, marketing material, or third party will alter or expand IZI1’s obligations unless expressly approved in writing by IZI1.
