Parcel Forwarding & Package Handling Terms
IZI1 Global Parcel and Package Handling Service Terms & Conditions
Dated: [May 27, 2026]
These IZI1 GLOBAL PARCEL AND PACKAGE HANDLING SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS (these “Global Parcel Terms”) govern your use of the IZI1 Global Parcel Service and any related package receipt, package-handling, storage, consolidation, repacking, release, and international parcel-forwarding services made available by IZI1 LLC (“IZI1”) or its Partners through the Platform. These Global Parcel Terms supplement the IZI1 Master Platform Service Terms & Conditions (the “Master Terms”), which are incorporated herein by reference. If there is a conflict between these Global Parcel Terms and the Master Terms, these Global Parcel Terms will control solely with respect to the Global Parcel Service and the package-handling activities expressly addressed herein.
- Scope of Service. The Global Parcel Service allows approved Users to direct eligible packages purchased from Original Retailers or other approved senders to a designated package-receipt facility, warehouse, or operating location used by IZI1 or its Partners (each, a “Facility”), where packages may be received, logged, photographed, weighed, measured, inspected to the extent permitted herein, stored for a limited period, consolidated, repacked, prepared for shipment, released, returned, disposed of, or otherwise handled in connection with your instructions, the Services, or operational requirements. The Global Parcel Service also includes the presentation of available international shipping options and related services offered by participating carriers or Partners, subject to destination availability, legal restrictions, and operational feasibility.
- Unique Address; Receipt of Packages. If approved for the Global Parcel Service, you may be assigned a unique suite number, mailbox number, customer code, or similar identifier and a designated delivery address for use solely in connection with the Services. You may use that identifier only for lawful packages intended for your Account. You may not resell, sublicense, share, publish, transfer, or permit unauthorized third parties to use your assigned address or identifier. You are responsible for all goods, packages, and package-related activity associated with your assigned identifier, including goods shipped to that identifier, whether or not you directly ordered them, except to the extent non-waivable law provides otherwise. Packages may be refused, delayed, returned, discarded, or treated as misdirected if they arrive without sufficient identifying information, with conflicting identifying information, from unauthorized senders, or in a condition that creates safety, compliance, operational, or fraud concerns. IZI1 and its Partners do not guarantee acceptance of every package delivered to a Facility.
- When Receipt Occurs; No Postal or Mailbox Service. A package will not be deemed received into IZI1’s or the applicable Partner’s care, custody, or control unless and until the package is physically accepted at the applicable Facility, reasonably identified to your Account, and entered or otherwise recognized in the applicable operating workflow. The Global Parcel Service is not a postal service, mailbox rental service, mail-receiving agency, or regulated mail-forwarding service unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, and you may not use the Service for letters, legal process, government correspondence, checks, negotiable instruments, or other mail items that are unsuitable for commercial package-handling operations.
- Package-Handling Authorization. By using the Global Parcel Service, you authorize IZI1 and its Partners to receive, scan, log, weigh, measure, sort, move, store, photograph, relabel, open the outer shipping container, inspect packaging and readily accessible contents, remove invoices or excess packing materials, verify package counts, consolidate multiple packages, divide shipments, repack goods, apply protective materials, prepare customs and shipping data, and otherwise handle your packages as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with law, respond to safety or fraud concerns, preserve the goods, reduce shipping costs, or carry out your instructions. Except to the extent expressly stated in the applicable service description, IZI1 and its Partners are not required to inspect the internal condition, authenticity, completeness, quality, functionality, or merchant conformity of any goods.
- Inspection Limitations; No Verification Duty. Any photograph, scan, description, dimension, weight, notation, or other package information made available through the Platform is provided for convenience only and may contain errors, omissions, or approximations. IZI1 and its Partners undertake no duty to verify model numbers, sizes, colors, authenticity, merchant descriptions, latent defects, internal damage, missing components, or compliance of goods with the seller’s listing. Unless expressly offered as a paid inspection service, any inspection performed is limited, non-exhaustive, and conducted solely for operational, customs, safety, fraud-prevention, or packaging purposes.
- Storage; Limited Holding Periods. Packages may be stored at a Facility only for the storage period, free-storage allowance, or service window stated on the Platform, in the applicable membership benefits, or otherwise communicated by IZI1. Storage availability is not guaranteed and may vary by Facility, package type, destination, season, capacity, and account status. If a package is not shipped, released, returned, or otherwise dispositioned within the applicable storage period, additional storage fees, handling fees, overflow fees, peak-season fees, or other charges may accrue, and IZI1 or its Partners may impose operational restrictions, including suspension of additional intake, refusal of incoming packages, or application of abandoned-property procedures.
- Consolidation; Repacking; Packaging Discretion. If available for your Account or membership level, IZI1 or its Partners may consolidate multiple packages into a single outbound shipment, divide items among multiple outbound shipments, remove retail or shipper packaging, and repack items using materials and methods selected in their discretion. Repacking and consolidation are performed to improve handling, reduce volumetric weight, facilitate customs processing, or otherwise support the Services, but do not guarantee reduced charges, improved transit, or the elimination of damage risk. You acknowledge that removal of original packaging, inserts, invoices, hangtags, manufacturer seals, or packing materials may affect merchant returns, warranties, collector value, or resale value, and you assume those risks unless a specific preservation option is expressly offered and purchased.
- User Instructions; Shipment Release. You are responsible for providing timely, accurate, and complete instructions regarding package consolidation, shipment selection, declared values, customs details, recipient information, release requests, returns, disposal requests, or other handling preferences. IZI1 and its Partners may rely on instructions submitted through your Account, by approved API or systems integration, or through other authorized operational channels. Once an outbound shipment is tendered to a carrier, once a return is initiated, or once goods are otherwise released from a Facility in accordance with your instructions or these Terms, the action may be irreversible and non-cancellable.
- Prohibited, Restricted, and Unsafe Goods. You may not use the Global Parcel Service for any package or goods that are prohibited, restricted, undeclared, mislabeled, dangerous, perishable, temperature-sensitive, illegal, counterfeit, stolen, hazardous, flammable, explosive, corrosive, radioactive, biologically hazardous, embargoed, sanction-restricted, subject to special permits, or otherwise unsuitable for receipt, storage, handling, or international transport under applicable law, carrier rules, destination-country requirements, or IZI1 policy. IZI1 and its Partners may classify, reclassify, or assess goods, packaging, and shipment combinations in their discretion for compliance, safety, dangerous-goods, and prohibited-item purposes, including where individual items may be permissible alone but become restricted when consolidated with other contents. If IZI1 or a Partner reasonably suspects that a package contains such goods, it may open, inspect, quarantine, refuse, surrender, return, destroy, or otherwise dispose of the package, cooperate with authorities, and take any other protective action without liability except as required by law. You remain solely responsible for all resulting costs, fines, penalties, losses, and claims.
- Customs, Export, and Import Information. You are solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, and legality of all item descriptions, valuations, tariff classifications, country-of-origin information, recipient details, tax identifiers, licenses, permits, declarations, weights, dimensions, and other customs or trade data submitted in connection with the Global Parcel Service. IZI1 and its Partners may rely entirely on the information you provide and are not required to independently verify it, but may require invoices, receipts, screenshots, proof of payment, proof of value, proof of purchase, customs documents, product documentation, or other supporting materials to their satisfaction before releasing, shipping, or processing a package. IZI1 may place holds on packages, refuse shipment, require corrected declarations, or surrender information or goods to authorities if valuation, documentation, or compliance concerns arise. You authorize IZI1 and its Partners to use, transmit, reformat, supplement with operational data, or present such information to carriers, customs authorities, last-mile providers, brokers, local agents, and other service providers as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, and you acknowledge that shipment rating, dimensional pricing, routing, storage, and carrier selection may be based on the information you provide.
- Available Shipping Options; Third-Party Carriers. Outbound international shipping options displayed on the Platform are offered through participating carriers, linehaul providers, local agents, customs-support providers, and last-mile delivery companies, each of which may maintain independent terms, tariffs, service levels, prohibited-item rules, routing practices, and liability limitations. Available options may change at any time and are subject to package characteristics, destination-country restrictions, sanctions screening, account status, carrier capacity, weather, security conditions, and other operational constraints. Delivery dates, transit estimates, and service descriptions are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
- Title and Risk of Loss. You retain all right, title, interest, and risk of loss in your goods at all times, except only to the limited extent that applicable law imposes a non-waivable standard of care on a warehouse operator or bailee for goods in its actual possession. IZI1 and its Partners are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, shortage, merchant error, package tampering, porch piracy, misdelivery, or delivery disputes occurring before a package is actually received at a Facility, including during transit from the Original Retailer or sender to the Facility. After outbound tender to the selected carrier or other release from a Facility, risk allocation and liability are governed by these Global Parcel Terms, the Master Terms, the applicable carrier or Partner terms, and any applicable package-protection terms.
- Claims; Inspection; Evidence. Without limiting the Master Terms, any claim relating to missing items, wrong items, visible damage, concealed damage, package shortages, mishandling, or failure to follow instructions must be supported by timely written notice, photographs of the package and contents, retained packaging materials where applicable, proof of value reasonably acceptable to IZI1, and any other information reasonably requested for investigation. You must preserve all packaging and contents in the condition received until the claim is resolved if requested by IZI1, the applicable carrier, or the applicable Partner. Failure to provide timely notice or required supporting evidence may result in denial of the claim to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Warehouse Lien; Security Interest; Holds. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IZI1 and its Partners will have a general and continuing lien on, and may retain possession of, any goods, packages, cargo, and proceeds thereof in their possession or control to secure payment of all amounts owed by you to IZI1 or its Partners, whether arising from storage, handling, transportation, duties, taxes, preservation, return, disposal, collection costs, or any other Services or charges relating to your Account or goods. To the extent necessary under applicable law, you grant IZI1 and its Partners a security interest in such goods and proceeds to secure the same obligations. IZI1 and its Partners may place holds on the release, shipment, transfer, or return of goods until all amounts due are paid in full and may enforce any lien or security interest in accordance with applicable law.
- Unclaimed Packages; Disposal; Sale. Without limiting the abandoned-property provisions of the Master Terms, if you fail to provide instructions, fail to pay applicable charges, fail to respond to required notices, fail compliance review, or otherwise leave packages unclaimed beyond the applicable holding period, IZI1 and its Partners may, to the extent permitted by law and after any notice required by law, continue storage at your expense, refuse additional intake, return the package, surrender it to a carrier or authority, donate it, recycle it, destroy it, liquidate it, or sell it in a commercially reasonable or otherwise lawful manner. Net proceeds may be applied to outstanding amounts and enforcement costs, with any remainder handled as required by law.
- Fees; Re-rates; Additional Charges. In addition to the general payment terms in the Master Terms, you agree to pay all package-handling fees, storage fees, membership-related charges, consolidation fees, repacking fees, photograph fees, special handling fees, address-correction fees, return fees, disposal fees, duties, taxes, brokerage-related charges, remote-area surcharges, dimensional-weight adjustments, carrier re-rates, security surcharges, peak surcharges, local collection charges, and any other amounts arising from your use of the Global Parcel Service. Outbound shipping charges may be adjusted after checkout if package dimensions, weight, declared value, commodity classification, destination details, or other shipment data are found to be inaccurate or incomplete, or if additional charges are imposed by the carrier, customs authority, or Partner.
- Cancellations; Refunds; Non-Refundable Services. Once a package-handling activity, consolidation, repacking instruction, customs submission, address labeling, shipment tender, return initiation, disposal instruction, or other operational step has begun, the associated fees may be non-refundable even if you later change your instructions or the shipment is delayed, refused, returned, inspected, held, or canceled. Refunds, if any, are governed by the Master Terms, any applicable package-protection terms, and the applicable carrier or Partner rules. Unless otherwise required by law, fees for completed handling, storage already accrued, optional services already performed, and third-party costs already incurred are non-refundable.
- Optional Package Protection. If optional package protection is offered for an eligible outbound shipment and you affirmatively purchase it before checkout, any covered-event rights will be governed exclusively by the applicable IZI1 Package Protection Terms & Conditions. Package protection is not insurance, may be unavailable for certain destinations, carriers, commodities, or value levels, and does not expand any otherwise applicable carrier or warehouse liability. If package protection is not purchased or is unavailable, your remedies are limited to those otherwise expressly provided in the Master Terms, these Global Parcel Terms, and any applicable carrier or Partner terms.
- Service Disclaimers. Without limiting the disclaimers in the Master Terms, IZI1 and its Partners do not warrant uninterrupted Facility operations, guaranteed storage availability, guaranteed package intake, guaranteed consolidation timing, guaranteed customs clearance, guaranteed transit times, guaranteed eligibility for package protection, or guaranteed acceptance by any carrier, customs authority, or last-mile provider. IZI1 and its Partners are not responsible for inherent vice, concealed defects, manufacturer defects, improper merchant packaging, inadequate inner packaging, temperature sensitivity, battery incidents, cosmetic wear, retailer substitutions, incomplete merchant shipments, seized or confiscated goods, or losses caused by your instructions, inaccurate data, or legal noncompliance.
- Incorporation; Order of Precedence. These Global Parcel Terms are part of the contractual framework governing the Services and are incorporated into the Master Terms. The Master Terms, including all provisions regarding liability limitations, claims, indemnity, dispute resolution, class-action waiver, jury waiver, assignment, and changes to terms, apply to the Global Parcel Service as if fully set forth herein. In the event of a conflict between these Global Parcel Terms and any carrier, Partner, local agent, warehouse, or package-protection terms, the more specific terms applicable to the specific service component at issue will control to the extent of the conflict, except that no such terms will increase IZI1’s obligations or liability beyond what is expressly assumed in writing.
