IZI1 Shopping Guide Terms of Use

The following IZI1 SHOPPING GUIDE TERMS OF USE (these “Shopping Guide Terms”) govern your use of the IZI1 Shopping Guide Service and any related product-discovery, retailer-directory, browsing, comparison, search, curation, shopping-assistance, and shopping-enablement tools made available by IZI1 LLC (“IZI1”) or its Partners through the Platform. These Shopping Guide Terms supplement the IZI1 Master Platform Service Terms & Conditions (the “Master Terms”), which are incorporated herein by reference. The Shopping Guide Service is an informational and shopping-enablement service only. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, IZI1 is not the seller, reseller, distributor, importer, merchant of record, operator of a third-party marketplace for displayed goods, payment processor for retailer purchases, or fulfillment provider for goods displayed through the Shopping Guide Service.

Scope of Shopping Guide Service. The Shopping Guide Service may include retailer listings, product displays, product images, product descriptions, search results, shopping guides, curated collections, retailer recommendations, category pages, trend content, shopping-assistance features, and links or redirections to Original Retailers or other third-party sites. The Shopping Guide Service is designed to help Users discover products and merchants and, where available, facilitate transitions to third-party retailer websites or related IZI1 Services. The Shopping Guide Service does not itself constitute an offer by IZI1 to sell any goods unless IZI1 expressly identifies itself or an affiliate as the actual seller under separate terms.

No Seller or Marketplace Relationship. Except where a separate service explicitly states otherwise, IZI1 does not own, stock, offer for sale, resell, warrant, inspect, or take title to goods displayed through the Shopping Guide Service and does not become a party to the underlying sale between you and any Original Retailer. Any purchase of goods you make after using the Shopping Guide Service is a transaction between you and the applicable Original Retailer or other third party, not with IZI1. IZI1 is not responsible for retailer inventory, product quality, merchantability, fitness, legality, safety, labeling, warnings, authenticity, pricing, taxes, shipping promises, return policies, warranty obligations, or compliance with consumer-protection requirements applicable to the retailer.
Retailer Content; Product Availability. Product information, availability, images, pricing, ratings, promotions, specifications, size guides, and other shopping content presented through the Shopping Guide Service may be sourced from Original Retailers, data feeds, public sources, advertising partners, affiliates, users, or automated systems. Such information may change at any time and may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, translated, reformatted, estimated, or unavailable. IZI1 does not guarantee that any listed product is currently available, priced as shown, eligible for shipment to your country, or consistent with the retailer’s most current terms or product page at the time you attempt to purchase.
Links; Redirections; Third-Party Sites. The Shopping Guide Service may include links, buttons, embedded tools, or redirects that transfer you to an Original Retailer’s website, mobile application, checkout environment, or other third-party service. Once you leave the Platform or otherwise enter a third-party environment, your interactions are governed by that third party’s terms, policies, notices, and technical practices, not by IZI1 except to the extent another IZI1 service is separately engaged under its own terms. IZI1 does not control third-party websites or applications and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, accessibility, privacy practices, checkout flows, payment processing, or technical performance.
User Responsibility for Purchases. You are solely responsible for reviewing and accepting the applicable Original Retailer’s terms of sale, privacy notice, shipping terms, return policy, warranty terms, payment terms, and any other applicable conditions before purchasing any goods. You are also solely responsible for confirming product details, size, compatibility, restrictions, destination eligibility, taxes, duties, and total purchase price before completing any purchase with the Original Retailer. IZI1 is not responsible for any order you place, any payment you authorize, or any dispute arising out of a retailer purchase.
Pricing; Currency; Promotional Information. Any prices, discounts, estimated savings, tax estimates, shipping estimates, or currency conversions displayed through the Shopping Guide Service are for convenience only unless expressly stated otherwise and may not reflect the final price charged by the Original Retailer, your payment provider, customs authorities, or any later-shipped Service. Exchange rates, taxes, shipping charges, duties, platform fees, retailer fees, and promotional eligibility may vary over time or based on your location, payment method, retailer rules, or other factors. IZI1 does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, duration, or applicability of any retailer promotion, coupon, discount, rebate, or other offer shown through the Shopping Guide Service.
No Product Inspection or Authenticity Duty. IZI1 does not verify or guarantee the authenticity, condition, safety, legality, performance, merchantability, fitness, origin, compliance, completeness, or non-infringement of any goods displayed through the Shopping Guide Service. Any product images, descriptions, reviews, rankings, tags, comparisons, or recommendations made available through the Shopping Guide Service are informational only and do not constitute a representation, certification, endorsement, or warranty by IZI1 regarding the goods or the Original Retailer.
Curation; Ranking; No Endorsement. Search results, product placements, retailer placements, curated collections, featured merchants, badges, labels, trend indicators, or recommendation outputs may be influenced by factors such as relevance, user behavior, data quality, commercial relationships, shipping feasibility, destination compatibility, technical limitations, or other factors selected by IZI1 or its Partners. Unless expressly stated otherwise, such placements do not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, sponsorship, certification, or recommendation that you purchase a particular product or from a particular retailer. You remain solely responsible for your shopping decisions and for evaluating whether any product or merchant is appropriate for your needs.
Advertising; Affiliate and Commercial Relationships. IZI1 or its Partners may receive compensation, referral fees, commissions, advertising fees, data-access benefits, promotional placements, or other commercial benefits in connection with certain retailers, products, links, or traffic generated through the Shopping Guide Service. Retailers or other third parties may also pay for advertising, sponsored visibility, featured placement, or other marketing opportunities on the Platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the existence of such relationships does not modify your obligations under these Terms or make IZI1 a party to your retailer transaction.
Prohibited Uses. You may not use the Shopping Guide Service or any shopping content made available through it to: (a) scrape, harvest, copy, frame, mirror, or systematically extract retailer or product data except as expressly permitted in writing; (b) build a competing database, shopping engine, or training dataset; (c) interfere with or manipulate retailer pricing, promotions, inventory displays, tracking links, or attribution systems; (d) use bots or automated methods in violation of the Web Terms of Use or any applicable retailer restrictions; (e) misrepresent your relationship with IZI1 or any retailer; or (f) use the Shopping Guide Service in any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or commercially harmful manner.
Shopping Content; Intellectual Property. As between you and IZI1, IZI1 and its licensors retain all rights in the Shopping Guide Service, including its layout, curation, organization, software, interfaces, text, graphics, labels, shopping guides, compilations, recommendation logic, and other platform content, except for third-party retailer materials and other third-party content, which remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Subject to these Shopping Guide Terms and the Web Terms of Use, IZI1 grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Shopping Guide Service for your own internal, personal, or authorized business shopping purposes. No right is granted to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, republish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit the Shopping Guide Service or its content except as expressly permitted by IZI1 in writing.
Merchant Disputes; Payments; Chargebacks. Any dispute regarding a retailer purchase, including disputes about pricing, billing, card authorization, retailer fraud, product defects, non-delivery to the Facility, retailer cancellation, returns, refunds, chargebacks, or warranty performance, is solely between you and the applicable Original Retailer or other party processing the underlying sale, except to the limited extent another IZI1 Service is separately purchased and expressly covers part of the issue. IZI1 is not responsible for chargebacks, payment disputes, card-network decisions, bank reversals, or retailer nonperformance arising from your direct purchase from an Original Retailer.
Service Disclaimers; Remedies. Without limiting the Master Terms, the Shopping Guide Service is provided on an informational and “as available” basis. IZI1 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of shopping content, accuracy of retailer feeds, completeness of search results, successful linkouts, availability of retailers in your jurisdiction, or compatibility of any third-party checkout environment. Your sole remedies with respect to the Shopping Guide Service are those expressly provided in the Master Terms. IZI1 will not be liable for losses arising from your reliance on retailer content, third-party sites, or your decision to purchase from any retailer, except to the extent non-waivable law requires otherwise.
Incorporation; Order of Precedence. These Shopping Guide Terms are part of the contractual framework governing the Services and are incorporated into the Master Terms. The Master Terms, including all provisions regarding disclaimers, claims procedures, liability limitations, exclusions of damages, dispute resolution, arbitration, class-action waiver, jury waiver, assignment, governing law, and changes to terms, apply to the Shopping Guide Service as if fully set forth herein. In the event of a conflict between these Shopping Guide Terms and the Master Terms, these Shopping Guide Terms will control solely with respect to the Shopping Guide Service. No statement by any retailer, advertiser, influencer, customer-service representative, or other third party will alter or expand IZI1’s obligations unless expressly approved in writing by IZI1.
